Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 October 2026

This policy explains how IN2NET UK LTD ("we", "us", "our") handles personal data when you use DBPLUGIN E-CAMPER, our site and booking management system, on behalf of the organisation that has licensed it (the "Client").

1. Who controls your data

For most of the personal data processed within E-CAMPER — customer records, bookings, billing information — the Client (the caravan park or leisure business operating this instance) is the data controller. IN2NET UK LTD acts as a data processor on the Client's behalf, and processes that data only under the Client's instructions and the terms of our agreement with them.

For account and system-access data relating to staff who log into this system, and for data we collect to operate and secure the platform itself, IN2NET UK LTD acts as data controller.

2. What we collect

When you log in, we record your login name, the time of access, your IP address, and an approximate location derived from that IP address, together with basic device/browser information. This is used to maintain a security log of who has accessed the system and from where, and to show administrators how many users are currently active.

The Client's own operational data — customer contact details, pitch and storage bookings, billing records, and similar — is entered and managed by the Client's staff using the system, and is processed strictly for the purpose of operating the Client's business.

3. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the system against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

4. How long we keep data

Login and security logs are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for security and audit purposes. Operational data entered by the Client is retained for the duration of our agreement with the Client, and for a reasonable period afterwards in line with the Client's own legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised on request.

5. Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing and are never visible to us in plain text. Data in transit is encrypted. Access to the system is controlled through a permissions system that restricts each user to only the parts of the system relevant to their role.

6. Your rights

If IN2NET UK LTD is the controller of your data (see Section 1), you have the right to ask us what data we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies, and to request erasure where applicable. If the Client is the controller of your data, please direct such requests to the Client in the first instance, as they determine how that data is used.
