These terms govern access to and use of DBPLUGIN E-CAMPER (the "System"), a site and booking management platform developed and operated by IN2NET UK LTD ("we", "us", "our") and made available to the organisation licensed to use it (the "Client") and its authorised staff ("you").
Access to this System is restricted to individuals who have been issued credentials by an authorised administrator of the Client. You must not attempt to access the System without proper authorisation, share your login credentials with anyone else, or attempt to access data or functionality outside what your assigned role permits.
Unauthorised access to, or misuse of, this System may constitute an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and other applicable law, and may result in civil or criminal proceedings.
The System is provided on a Software-as-a-Service basis. We are responsible for the operation, security, and availability of the underlying platform. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the System, and for ensuring their own staff use it appropriately and in accordance with these terms.
You agree not to use the System to store or process unlawful content, attempt to circumvent its security or permission controls, interfere with its normal operation, or use it in any way that could bring the System or IN2NET UK LTD into disrepute.
We aim to keep the System available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be carried out with reasonable notice where practicable. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the System.
Data entered into the System by the Client and its staff remains the property of the Client. Our handling of personal data within the System is described in our Privacy Policy.
For security purposes, we log login activity including IP address and approximate location, as described in our Privacy Policy. This information may be used to investigate suspected unauthorised access or misuse of the System.
To the extent permitted by law, IN2NET UK LTD's liability arising from use of the System is limited in accordance with the commercial agreement in place between IN2NET UK LTD and the Client. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the System after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
